Most of the time, I select an outfit based on my new shirt, or pants.. sometimes the shoes.. not the case here – If you’ve taken the time to read my earlier post on inventory organization, “The depths of“, that I keep a few folders for tattoos.

That is the case here – it’s from Garden of Ku.  I was intrigued, so I did some research and will share a bit…

Niu-Kua, whose voice ’caused the stars to dance’./ • Nu Kwa battled with the giants and demons

NIU KUA: Expression associated with Taoism, Confucianism and Chinese culture.

Niu-Kua, is exploding with deep, rich colors sprinkled with hues of blues, reds – the delicate pink, yellow and corals bring a new life to the parrots flight.  Niu-Kua envelopes the torso and chest with vines of cherry blossoms and birds in flight – the back is kissed with splashes of color that catch the eye.  The ornamental detail on the pelvic area is bold enough to catch the eye, and sexy enough to wear with nothing but a grin.

Hopefully, you can see the detailing, and see the brilliant workmanship that the creator has used.  The use of colors and overall look, is something I adore, while I do not wear this tattoo often, it has a special place in a “favorites” folder.

Blending an outfit for the day starts with a pair of RockerWear Baggy Short Pants, and topping it off with Janie’s tank from Mischief in Raspberry.. *PINK* which I <3! (She has them in the fatpack, which is a must have!!)
